Hi, I'm Molly Mills. I'm a mom to 3 girls (each one with a different breastfeeding journey), a pediatric nurse and an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) based in Denver, CO.

My goal is to always leave you feeling supported, empowered, and heard - especially related to birth, breastfeeding, and motherhood.

I believe that every mom has a gut instinct, an intuition, regarding what's right for her and her baby. But there is a lot of noise out there telling you what you should be doing. Parenting books. Parenting blogs. Advice from friends and family. Social media. Add sleep deprivation into the mix, and it's easy to lose touch with what feels right for you.
